Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ruwais Hospital is a full-fledged maxillofacial unit where our experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeons treat problems ranging from the removal of teeth to the correction of facial trauma.
The department specializes in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment, maxillofacial trauma, head & neck cancers (including oral pharyngeal cancer), orthognathic surgeries, maxillofacial and dental implants. In addition to these highly specialized procedures the department also treats pediatric cases, including congenital benign growths and other dental procedures that are required to be performed under general anesthesia.
